I've been going to Virgil's for over twenty years. I was a bit apprehensive about the sale and new owner, having had such good experiences with the old owners. As it turned out my apprehension - unfortunately - was valid. My first visit ended up with an oil change that I didn't ask for. My second visit a vacuum hose got left off requiring a return trip. The third time, I decided, was my Waterloo; it either went right or I would stop using Virgil's. (The fact that I went back after two disappointing events speaks to my loyalty to the Virgil's "brand".) Well, it went very right. Free pickup and delivery. Friendly and capable tow-truck operators. The service writer actually listened this time. Quick and accurate diagnosis. Good communications on options. Timely updates including some direct conversation with the mechanic doing the work. (Very important for me since I am an engineer.) Everything fixed as needed and/or requested. Price was fair. I'll be back.
