My brother Rahn has gone to Virgil’s for many years and always had good service. I have been with him several times and have to say that everyone has been friendly, informative and eager to provide service. Just recently we had to take my brothers car to Virgils for service and knew that we were getting close to needing to get a new car. Ron, Virgil’s front desk person, was extremely helpful in explaining the “old car’s” problems and directing us to getting a new one. He offered that Virgils could check out the new car before we actually bought it, which we did, and we ended up purchasing the new car. It would not of happened so easily without Ron’s suggestions and Virgil’s wonderful service.
