I was very disappointed in Virgil’s after having to get a car out of their impound lot. There was one worker there that was very unprofessional. The price I was quoted that morning ended up being over a hundred and thirteen dollars extra on charges that were not disclosed that morning. Very unprofessional service and will not ever recommend their service

It’s always difficult to have a car impounded and we understand. But there is a charge each day it stays in the impound. When you call after hours the driver only knows so much about the billing. Our office staff handles that during normal business hours.

I had to pick up a car that was impounded in Virgil’s lot. That morning I received a quote on what the cost would be. When I arrived to pick up the car there was a gentleman that was extremely rude and questioned why I was even there. When I explained what was going on he went on his phone adding more charges to what I was quoted. It ended up being another hundred and thirteen dollars with no itemized receipt stating why it was so high. The only time he was even somewhat nice was when I had to pay in order for me to get the car. I have never been so disappointed in a business like this. If it would have been up to me I would never take my car or ask for towing from this company ever. Very poor service!!!

It’s never a good day when you have to get your vehicle out of impound. We are sorry you were misquoted a price then receiving another, but it simply may have been entered in wrong. Hopefully you won’t have to get another vehicle out of impound. Have a very Merry Christmas!

They changed their hours. They don't seem to care about their customers. Just locked up and kept my keys and went home. When I called the store the truck-tow drivers said they couldn't help me. I have picked up my car after work in the past. Nobody said a word when I said I'm off at 19:30 see you tonight. Not even a text (yes, I have received a text from them in the past.) I commute to work so after a 12.5 hr shift instead of picking up my car and going home... I got to sit on the sidewalk for over two hours waiting for my Husband to come get me. If this would have been 3 days in the future i would have been abandoned my Husband will be out of town for a business trip. Very dissatisfied Virgils.

We are under new ownership with extended hours, 6-6 please come back and give us a try!

Whoever the lady is that answer the phone is super ride. Even hung up the phone on me while I'm trying to make arrangements for the car. Had an attitude the whole time like it's my fault my car broke down. I'm sure Virgils does good work but damn, the worst customer service. If someone knows her, let her know she needs an attitude change. IT'S YOUR WORLD LADY, YOUR WORLD, WE'RE JUST LIVING IN IT. AM-I-RIGHT?
